The color, like the name of the species, is modest, monochromatic, green, so it easily tolerates being in the shade, unlike variegated forms.

Aglaonema commutatum

This species of aglaonema has powerful bushes with straight stems that grow up to one and a half meters in height and the same width. The leaves are oblong-elliptical in shape, about 20-30 cm long and 5-10 cm wide. This species has another name - Aglaonema modified or variable.

Aglaonema costatum

A low-growing species of aglaonema, branching at the base. The oval leaves are colored green with whitish strokes of varying saturation and size, as in the photo.
